    Latin Pulled Pork Directions

    1. Mix Water, Cider Vinegar, Lime Juice, sugar, Canola Oil, Tomato Paste and Latin Flavor Base until thoroughly blended.
    2. Place pork Shoulder in Large Roasting Pan.
    3. Pour Liquid over pork let marinade for up to 48 hours.
    4. Cover pan and roast at 300F for 8-12 hours until meat shreds easily.
    5. Alternative cooking method: 120 Minutes in a pressure cooker.
